Hi, 

I have order my modem from 30th July my order number CID 56xxxxx, I haven’t receive yet . Can I have the star track tracking/reference number?

I was able to locate your account using your given details. It shows that the modem/router that was shipped last 6th of July was unclaimed and returned to us. I would like to arrange a call from one of our Technicians to discuss the re-shipment of the modem/router.
