the nbnco tech has came on 4.2.22. he has replaced damaged NTD box and realized my modem router has been damaged as well. called tpg tech support. tech support said he will send replacement modem router to me with confirmation email may i know the update of the replacement? as kids will starting school today. internet is really important at the moment. thanks
