I have just signed up for NBN and have followed the set up instructions. No internet available and the NBN Connection device continually clicking and clearly not establishing a connection.....have been on the phone for 45 mins so far. Thoughts?

Thanks for raising this to us. Have you received an email confirmation that the installation of the service has been completed? If not yet, we advise to wait for the confirmation of service installation.

In the event that the installation has been completed. Shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) and we'll chase this with our NBN Provisioning Team.
