4G Data Barred

Hi! My data has been barred even after rolling over to a new cycle, I’m not sure what to do!

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed the account.

 

We've seen that you've consumed your Mobile data allowance before the start of your billing cycle which is why it was barred.

 

The new cycle starts today and the Mobile data connection should start working the way it should be.
