$5 international call pack

I’m now in Japan and would like to call to local numbers using my Australian mobile but if I make a local call by using the way from Australia to Japan like 0011-81-local numbers, is this call fee included in $5 international call pack?

The $5 international call pack cannot be used while you are overseas. You need to nominate a prepaid balance to utilise the roaming service.
