I am a new TPG customer and activated my eSIM today with my existing number from another carrier.
Unfortunately I accidentally deleted the eSIM profile instead of my old disconnected one. I am unable to access the online toolbox as I can no longer get an OTP.
I am an international student and don’t have access to another phone to call support. I sent an email but I fear they will take many days to respond. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
