Whenever I call, I get a message saying “your account is about to expire”. What does this mean. Can you fix it please.

Hi @Sonamcoco, we had a look at your account and it appears that the payment is still in progress. Please be advised that direct debit payment normally takes 3-4 working days to be completed.
