I get Your Account Has Expired message when trying to make outgoing calls. I can't make outgoing calls. I have no SMS. I have no mobile internet.

It is not a pre-paid sim. It is a billed account. I am on a direct debit. The montly fee has already been deducted.

I contacted TPG many times in the past 3 days. There is still no progress.

Still no outgoing calls, no SMS, no mobile internet. It has been 3 days.
