Activation Needed for eSIM Installation

I installed the eSIM on my iPhone 12 Mini received via email yesterday. Although I see 2 signal bars and a 4G connection, I can’t send messages or browse the internet. Trying to make a call prompts me to activate the SIM on my account, which requires an OTP. However, without an activated SIM, I can’t receive the OTP. Please urgently activate my phone number so I can use my device fully. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.
