Activation complete - SIM not working

Hello,

 

I joined TPG and transfer my number from Telstra. The activation process is done and my service is shown as active in my Dashboard but it is not working on my phone. The sim card doesn't work on other phones too. I can put other sim cards on my phone (Telstra and Vodafone work well).

 

Let me know what should be done.

A callback? My sim card is not working. You can't call me back.

Hello,

After 1 week without a working sim card, I transferred my number to another provider (it worked in just a couple of hours)

I received no help from you (can't log in on your app, the chat is never responding, we can't call you, and this forum is useless). You just tried to call me back, knowing my sim card isn't working.

 

I expect to get my monthly plan fee back after I paid for a service that never worked.
