Add mobile plan to TPG app

Hi,
I have TPG app which shows my home broadband, however I'm trying to add my mobile plan to the app so I can track data and usage, but am unable to.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @yvonnetanner,

 

Currently not all products have been added to the My TPG app. We are working on supporting more products in the future. For now only the following products are supported:

1. NBN
2. TPG Fibre to the Building (FTTB)
3. ADSL2+ Home Bundle

 

To check your mobile service, track its usage and remaining balance, you may login to  TPG My Account. We have created these articles which may help with your concern.

Can you please advise if mobile phones can now be added to the TPG app? Thanks
