I'm trying to activate my TPG mobile SIM and need to port my number from Lycamobile. But my old SIM is broken so I cannot receive the activation code. my username is mich**********, please assist.

Could you confirm if your service from the previous Telco is still active? Let us have your TPG customer ID or account number via private message so we can assist with the activation.
