Addition of mobile number to account so activation of eSim possible.

Hi,

When i inputted the details in for "my account" with a new prepaid service, I didn't put my mobile number in. Phone support the other night tried to confirm the phone number to verify my ID, but at the moment my telstra voip service is sending everyone straight to voicemail without even 1 ring!

 

This is preventing me from activating the esim and managing the account in any other way as tech support were unable to confirm by dialling me, and even though i suggest calling them from the voip phone so they  could see my caller id matched the account, this apparently wasn't a valid working solution.

 

What can I do to rectify this situation ASAP??
