Application for senior digital line - need help

I wish to apply for senior digital simonly plan but my number 98223730 which i want to port in to this new applied line is registered in another name with M1. Can you direct me to port in the number? Do I need to ask the person whose name used by the number 98223730 to contact you? Please help !
