Get online support

Been trying to transfer mobile number to a new account but TPG aren't getting back to me

Hi,

 

Its been a few days, numerous emails and phone calls (many unanswered) waiting for TPG to get back to me. I have 2 numbers under my name and 1 which I have requested to transfer to a new account under my wifes name. Last person I spoke to claimed someone would get back to me the same day and they were monitoring it but it all just seems standard responses. Service is extremely poor with TPG when you need to talk to someone. I have been a customer for around 10 years and realise they are good if you do't need to speak to anyone. Im sure this is Australia and not a 3rd world country. Very dissapointed.

Thanks for raising this to us, I'd love to help arrange our Account Specialists Team to contact you to provide assistance merging the two accounts, please send me a Private Message with both of the account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.
