I am a relatively new TPG user. Unfortunately i am struggling to get a signal. I do not get a signal inside my house (one bar and it just goes to message - and I don't get an SMS advising of the missed call).
I did check before signing up and it suggested I would have coverage. On occassions I can get 2 bars but the signal is intermittent and my voice clarity is very poor. I can hear the caller fine but transmission of my voice is very bad. I would like to know if there is anything you or I can do to improve the signal???
If not I will have to cancel as I cannot make or receive calls with any certainty.
