Hi, i’m unable to make calls or receive calls. Why? Also I can't login to the app

Are you not able to receive and make calls with your Mobile TPG service or land line service?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

I am paying for a plan for local and international calls and it does not work. I restarted the phone, took out the SIM card and entered it again.

Can you receive and send SMS?

How about Mobile Data? Are you able to access the internet?
