Can I get a sim for my Apple iWatch

I have an Apple iWatch with fall detection but need a sim for this to work correctly. Can I get an e-sim for my watch?

We currently don't have an E-SIM for our Mobile services.

Then it looks like I may have to change my mobile provider. This is very important to me as being elderly I am prone to serious falls.
