Get online support

Can not make calls and no internet access

I changed my mobile phone plan from vodafone to TPG, the vodafone sent me a message saying they received a request to port my number away from Vodafone at 7:47pm last night. Before this message, I called Vodafone twice (6pm and 7pm) and they advised that my record in their site was corrected after my call.  
 I called TPG twice to try to find out the problem.  TPG sent twice of request to port my phone number.  and I was advised that I wait for the email from TPG. 
 Status now:  I cannot make any phone calls and no internet connection as well. ( incoming calls are okay)

I tried everything I could.  What's wrong with my phone?
