Can't access mobile data usage

Real issue trying to check my mobile data usage.  The mob ile TPG app doesn't have this facility.  Goining on to the web, I don't have a mobile service listed in the ment so have to click the 'other services' button. This takes me to a a screen saying there is an issue than loops me back to sign in again.  The only way to get my data usage is to ring or use the chat facility.  Not very convenient.

Any help would be appreciated

Have also tried using safari, chrome and firefox all to no avail.

The login for your Mobile Account has been separated from your Internet account.

 

The Mobile Account Username and Customer ID number was sent via Email.

 

If you can't locate it, please send us a private message with your account details and we'll see how can we help.
