My account has been “moved to Novus” so I can no longer access the Mobile Service Control Panel and to adjust my settings. When I try to activate “Send Calling Line Identification” in the new Novus menu, it doesn’t stick and just reverts back to deactivated after I refresh the page. The “Show Caller ID” option in my mobile settings is greyed out because of this and now I can’t make calls to important contacts if they have private numbers blocked. I’ve tried to call Customer Service twice but just ended up on hold for over 30 minutes both times. I am very frustrated with the poor customer service and will have to deactivate my account with TPG if this issue cannot be resolved.
