Can’t activate mobile

I can’t activate my sim because it’s trying to send a code to my old number which I want to reuse but my old plan is already canceled.

Are you going to port the old number to TPG as well?

 

If yes, then it will fail as we require the number to remain active, while porting is in progress.

 

Since it is cancelled, then it needs to be raised to our Mobile team.
