Can't log in to app

Using my credentials that work at https://www.tpg.com.au/myaccount,

I've been trying to log in to the ios TPG app.

But every time, I keep getting "Login failed. Internal error. Invalid response received from target system".

Can TPG fix this, or recommend some troubleshooting steps?

Hi @tbar0970 

 

Are you trying to login using your Mobile Account or Internet/Broadband Account details?

 

Were you able to login through the App before? Or this is the first time you try to access your account using the App?

Using my primary mobile number as username, and a newly reset password (reset via link sent to that number)

First time using the app, because the web portal won’t work for me either (logs me out immediately after login)
