Can’t login to my account because I don’t have access to my old number

I need help with logging into my account. I don’t have access with my old number and it’s frustrating that you only have one option for a code.

In order to update the number registered on the account, just fill in the secure form on this link: https://tpg.com.au/identity

 

Once done, a case manager will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours.
