Can't send or receive MMS

Hello,

I am unable to send or receive MMS.

I have an Oppo Reno z, and I have tried all of the suggestions listed on their website.

All was working fine until you did an update a few months back.

What's the answer to fix this???

Hi @SF09 , please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, Mobile Service Number (MSN) and complete address so we can pull up the account and help with your concern.

I have the same issue. I have a reno z and can't receive or send MMS. I have tried resetting the access points....using the custom details listed on other threads but still doesn't help.....

In the event that issue still persists, shoot me a private message with your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) together with your best contact number and preferred time.
