I recently purchased the $25/month Sim only plan and activated yesterday. It would appear that the activation is complete but I cannot send SMS or receive calls. I am however, able to receive them. When I attempt to check my account it says the service isn;'t activated so I can't check to see if outgoing is disabled. If the service wasn't activated I wouldn't be able to receive call or SMS. Not sure what is going on.
