Can you overdraw prepaid balance while international roaming

Hello,

Is it possible to unintentionally overdraw your prepaid balance while using international roaming on a sim only plan with TPG? I want to use international roaming but I want to be sure I don’t accidentally incur an unexpected dept.

For example, if I top up 100 dollars of prepaid credit, is it possible to accidentally use 150 dollars worth of services and hence owe a 50 dollar debt to TPG?

Hi @jakejanke, 

There is no chance of overdrawing your account. If you have top-up $100, you will be able to use the service until your top-up is fully consumed. Your service will be restricted if there's no prepaid balance on the account.
