I signed up for a new sim to be sent out for my 11 year old son. I received the sim but have had nothing but TROUBLE! to activate the ** sim! Now im so over it after being on hold for over 4 hours today and getting hung up on multiple times. Id like to CANCEL! my account so you no longer have my details on file! 

Someone help me as your phone customer service is absolutely useless!
