I have already contacted TPG through the Message customer service portal. I am no longer in contract and need my service cancelled.
I got a reply asking me the:
- Name of the account holder as it appears on the TPG account
- Service Address where the ADSL service is installed
Which I replied and have not gotten a reply back. Meanwhile, I have been charged another month of my NBN bundle, which I no longer need.
