Hi,
I would like to cancel my plan but I am unable to dial-in to the landline provided on your website from my current location. I'm also unable to access TPG's network and hence am unable to receive the OTP needed for signing in since I can't receive any messages on my TPG number. Could I get some assistance to cancel my plan?
