Cancellation of mobile service.

Just received a missed call from TPG asking me to return the call.  I've no intention of holding for 60mins waiting for a representative to answer. 

I'm no longer interested in talking to anyone from TPG and will not answer any calls from TPG.

I'm only interested in an email confirming that the  cancellation of my account which should also include the effective date of cancellation.


Interesting, as I was typing this message, I have just received a confirmation that my account is in the process of being cancelled effecrtive today, 19th May, 2020.  Never again will I ever sign up with TPG.
