Hi, last Friday (03/05/2024) I called to cancel my TPG mobile phone sim only account, and the agent said I would receive a cancellation email within 48 hours, but now it has been 5 days but I still haven't got that email, so I want to check about the cancellation process, if it's going as planned and make sure I will not be charged again.
I already checked spam etc everywhere, no such email.
