Cannot logon into the TPG Account

Everytime when I try to login the TPG my account, the web system will always end up with failure message: couldn't logon on ...then back to the login account page again.

 

Have tried to reset password, couldn't do it. Your system always failed in the last step.

Have you had successful log in attempts previously and this is a first time error? 

 

Send in your TPG username/customer via private message and we'll have a look at your account.
