My wife and I got the same issues with our TPG phone services.
We cannot make or receive calls on our iPhone from this morning.
We called TPG this morning but the issues are still not resolved.
We already tried several ways to solve the issue.
1. Restart the phone.
2. On/off flight mode.
3. Change Voice & Data to 3G.
4. Turn off Automatic in Network Selection, and choose Vodafone AU
5. Reset network settings.
Do you know what is happening.
It happens to both sim cards, not just one.
