Get online support
I have been using this phone number for 3 months, however, I cannot make or receive a phone call. The SMS and data work fine. When I call someone, it always shows "didn't connect", when someone tried to call me, he/she got noticed as "not available".
The monthly plan is $10 (SIM only plans with 50 GB data + 300 mins call)
The balance is above $10, and I've tried it with many different devices, not working! My other SIM cards(non-TPG) all work perfectly. Should be a problem on your side. Please help.

I mean, I have been unable to make or receive a phone call since I got my TPG SIM card. It's not a problem related to the area/time period...
