Get online support
Am overseas with an iphone 4.
Have international roaming on.
Can receive incoming texts but my outgoing texts aren't being delivered
Have rebooted the phone.
Can someone please help.

Hi @Drew, it appears that your iMessage is currently switched on.
Please switch it off by going to Settings > Messages > IMessage.
Let us know how it goes.
I want to be able to send iMessages when wifi is available. Why turn it off? (It's always been on).
You need to switch it off for the text message to work, @Drew.
