Cannot send SMS internationally but can receive them

Hi,

iPhone 4 /IOS 7

Current Plan: T4G Medium

Having trouble sending an SMS to a mobile phone located internationally in the USA. Error received:

"Not Delivered/Message Send Failure"

There's no problem receiving an SMS from the same mobile phone located in the USA. Also no problem sending and receiving local SMS's within Australia.

SMS and MMSs sent to International Mobiles is an exclusion on the Plan but that should not prevent SMS and MMSs being sent internationally. The add-on cost of these messages should just be added onto my account.

Advice needed on how to fix the issue.

Hi Karl,

My daughter moved to the USA in recent times. Her mobile number is the only one located internationally. There are no other international numbers I can try.
