Cannot use mobile phone

I signed up to TPG recently but now cannot use my phone at all. I can’t make calls or send texts, and the internet is not connected. So, I can’t call the help desk.

Were you able to activate your SIM card with us?

 

Is it an ESIM or PSIM? 

 

Are you getting SOS or you are getting signal bars?
