Change Mobile Phone Plan

I want to change from my TPG 2 GB $19.99 mobile plan to one of the

new advertised plans 4 GB unlimited calls and SMS.

100 international minutes

$15 a month for the first 6 months then $29.99 monthly fee applies

I am told by TPG this can't be done as the promotional plan is for new customers only.

I also note that the fact is stated ( new customers only) in the advertising.

However I think this says a lot about TPG'S treatment of  existing customers.

Not Happy

I need the bigger plan.

Existing customers can take advantage of this promotional offer when taking up a new TPG mobile service. The mobile promotion does not apply to existing TPG mobile service plan changes and/or where the promotional offer has already been applied to a mobile service.
