Complimentary mobile data plan upgrade not updating

Hi,

 

I recently received an email from TPG saying that I will receive a complimentary free upgrade from my usual 4GB data plan to 8GB per month. The email stated that there may be a 1 day delay for the extra data to appear on my account info as well. However, its been a few days now and there still hasn't been an update to the extra amount of data promised. The main way I have been checking my data usage is through the TPG app on my phone, but it is still unchanged from the included 4000MB.. Is there any other way I can check confirmation of the extra data being included in my monthly usage?
