Could not send MMS

I’ve posted this issue last week, and someone contacted me already and said I will be able to send mms by today (Tuesday), however I still could not send mms to others, in fact others couldn’t send it to me either (they can send mms to me before the call last week with a technician).

This has caused a lot of inconvenience. Idk what they did but people couldn’t even send me MMS after the call with a specialist last week, please have someone to fix this issue ASAP as it’s affecting my work.
I’m almost certain it has to do with the server provider and not my phone as I can send mms as iMessage but not text message (MMS messaging notification is on too).
