My 90 year old mother finally succumbed and bought a mobile phone. She received her SIM card and is trying to activate it.
Unfortunately, she cannot log in to her account to activate it.
Phonecalls, emails, nothing is helping.
Emails are bouncing. Phonecalls areb being disconnected half way through.
Repeated attempts to reset the password... to no avail.
What next? Who do we contact?
Hi @montybatton,
When you guys tried to log in to the "My Account" page, what credentials did you use? To log in you need to use the Mobile Number and password for your TPG service.
To better understand the situation, could you shoot us a PM with the account details of the new SIM card.

How can we use the mobile phone number when we need to login to the account with the mobile phone number that we are trying to activate????????
