Cut off twice from customer service - no call back

I have been disconnected from my phone service for 24hrs. Can’t make calls to speak to a customer service rep or fix on website. Two calls after 30-60mins wait. Both times cut off. No call back from customer rep. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TPG.
