I've received 2 sms messages today telling me that my data has been barred due to insufficient funds. I've gone online to check how much data I've used, and my usage says I've only used 1GB out of 14GB available. Also, I checked to see if my direct debit had been processed, and it seems to have been processed on the 25/10/20. It's been 5 days, so I'm not sure if there has been an issue with this to warrant barring my data. I tried to use my 4G data, but it's not been working. I don't have time to call up, and would really appreciate this fixed. It's very inconvenient, and as a paying customer I'm spending money on something that I'm not actually receiving.
