Data barred

Hi i got a text saying my data has been barred. Can this be fixed?
Also i got a text saying i got increased data from next month but need it now as im without other internet. Thanks

Welcome to TPG Community! 

I can confirm that your data allotment has been exhausted already and the next account renewal is on 25/02/2021 as to which the new plan will take effect. Unfortunately, it is not possible to do an early renewal but you have an option to make a top up, so you can use your mobile data. Excess data costs $10 per 2GB blocks.
