New Huawei mobile. All setup OK. receives calls when home screen open but will not receive when in sleep mode. All settings in menu including Divert set to OFF. Tried sending code but no result. Your advice please.
When you say on sleep modem did you mean while the screen is currently off (standby mode) or bedtime mode? The bedtime mode for android will turn off all notification.
Have you tried a different handset? If not yet, let us try a different handset and see the issue will still persists as It is possible that it is the handset blocking the incoming call when it is ony standby mode.
