Dual SIM

I have a Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G Dual SIM phone. I have a TPG SIM only prepaid card which is my primary SIM.

When I am in remote / outback Australia I need a Telstra SIM because Telstra has superior regional coverage. The Samsung Galaxy A52 does not recognise the Telstra SIM in the phone's dual SIM card slot. According to Samsung TPG needs to fully unlock my SIM so the A52 will recognise the dual SIM.

Can you please comment and advise appropriate remedy?

Hi @turngold1, 

TPG SIMs work just like any other SIM which is plug and play. 

You might want to check your handset's dual SIM function or try switching the slots.
