I accidentally deleted my e-sim on my phone but it was activated after the deletion. How do I recover my e-sim?
Hey @keiciasgncom, you'll need to organise a replacement eSIM to add to your phone. To get this sorted, you can head to the link below to fill out our Confirm Identity form. From there, our Privacy Team will reach out to you within 48 hours.
When you fill out the form, make sure you enter in a number you can receive texts on, so our team can send you a verification link. This could be a friend or family member's number, who could forward the link to you.
We also suggest noting in the Additional Comments that you need a replacement eSIM.
