Hi all,
today i switched to TPG and got myself an E-SIM. and after scanning the QR code it successfully activated and my old physical sim (another ISP) got deactivated as well. but while trying to delete an old e sim i had i accidentally deleted my new TPG e-sim. but when i scanned the QR code again its saying unable to activate E-Sim contact your service provider.
to my understanding, these QR codes are one time use and if this happens we are suppose to do a e sim swap through the portal. but i cannot log into the portal since it requires an sms verification which i cant receive since none of my sims are working now.
