I have been having issues since porting my number to TPG. I ordered an eSim through TPG and was told my service would not be interrupted during the process.
Well for 2 days I have been unable to use my phone. Today I got an email to say it was working properly and the process was complete.
I have sent several emails to tech support with no response. I CANNOT make telephone calls on my phone nor can I send text messages.
When I go into settings on my iphone I have a primary and secondary number both activated and then when I click on ESIM and try to activate it using the QRcode I cannot, and Im told to contact customer support.
I would phone support if I actually could.
